FABULOUS FOOD

When I started my clean diet, my mom and I had to look up some new recipes. Let me tell you, it's been a lot of CHICKEN. The diet allows me to have chicken, beef, and fish. Unfortunately, I'm intolerant to beef so that crosses off an option. In my family, we don't eat a lot of fish so basically I eat chicken. You might think it would get annoying have a same ingredient in every meal but there is so many things that you can do with chicken. I am going to share some of my favorite recipes for anyone to try.

The first recipe that makes the top 5 on my list is just grilled chicken. We love to use our grill so we use it whenever we can. We usually put this seasoning called Everything But The Bagel on it and it makes it soooo good. You can buy the seasoning at Trader Joe's but unfortunately the closest one is in Kansas City so we stock up when we go.

The next recipe on my top 5 is sweet potato poppers. These are pretty easy to make and can be used as the meal or a side. They are so simple but yet delicious.

Up next we have a VERY amazing meal. I really like this dish because it is a more saucy dish. It is honey mustard chicken. This one takes a little longer to bake but is totally worth it. For this meal, you use a whole thigh with the skin and bone on, the skin makes for a crispy outer layer.

For my second favorite meal, these things are the BOMB. They are Japanese meatball. They are so saucy and good in just one bite. These were one of the first recipes we tried and we fell in love with them.

Now I know this is what you all have been waiting for, my number 1 dish. My favorite dish is chicken and broccoli. I am not a broccoli person most of the time but this dish is a game changer. It is just amazing and we've tried it with carrots before and that's super good too. For anyone that loves a good stir fry, YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS. One of my friends, her name is Miranda, came over, had some, and loved it. If you do like things a little more saucy, I would recommend doubling the recipe, that is what my family does.

I would love to know if anyone tries any of these meals and love them. You can always email me at jewelamongthestones@gmail.com or leave a comment letting me know!
